I am a 6th year medical student at Tishreen University in Latakia, Syria. My passion in Research comes from the fact that it is the best way we have to understand the world around us, and fight ignorance and pseudoscience. I think that participating in Medical Research and furthering it in our community is very important to improve the healthcare system especially during war here in Syria. In MED Research Team, I actively collect samples for the biobank project, volunteer in and help organize many projects with an ultimate aim of helping the society in many healthcare fields.
