Fatma Hani has graduated from University of Aleppo, Faculty of Medicine at 2010. During her study, she has contributed to launch the Evidence Based Medicine summer program in Aleppo University. After graduation, she has joined the research department at Weill Cornell Medicine – Qatar as Clinical Research Coordinator. During her time there, she worked in Genomics of Obesity in Qatari population project, also she contributed in research projects related to Breast and Prostate cancer Genomic and Proteomic signature in Arab population. In conjunction with her research career, she has completed the Introductory Training in Clinical Research program at Harvard Medical School. She enhanced her skill and experience by joining Hamad General Hospital as research assistant with primary responsibility of patient recruitment for the largest study on genetics of Rheumatoid arthritis in Arab patients. And Dr. Hani now is Rheumatology resident at the National Hospital in Lattakia.
