Majd is a resident doctor in otolaryngology department at Tishreen University Hospital in Latakia, Syria. During his residency, Majd hopes to research the dangers of diseases in his community.

In MED Research Team, Majd is actively collecting samples for the biobank project, and volunteering to organize the scientific poster sessions. Majd is passionate about simplifying and developing medical research technologies and their potential in serving under-resourced areas. In his free time, Majd enjoys playing Chess, table tennis, and jogging.
